Business Banking

Through Business Banking, our global network offers comprehensive support and services to businesses in the SME market. From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to-end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.

Job Overview

As a Banking professional, you will be responsible for managing servicing for SME and Startup clients.

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent service to Business Banking customers by managing their transactional, account servicing, and online banking and mobile banking requirements. Trade net requirements and all other service requirements of the Transaction banking, lending, and startup clients. Managing regulatory submissions, deadlines, communication, recording, and managing internal complaint management procedures, policies with regard to client servicing and banking servicing needs. Liaising with internal product partners, operations, and stakeholders for executing customer servicing and transactional requirements. Digital migration of customers from manual mode. Managing client expectations and servicing with customer-centricity is the key responsibility. Adhering to all internal processes, procedures, SOPs, and compliance guidelines applicable to the above role.

  • Minimum graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
