Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Wealth Management Specialist to join our team at DBS Bank. As a key member of our Consumer Banking Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and meet customer needs through the sale and cross-selling of DBS Bank's CBG products and services.
- Manage and maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
- Ensure proper implementation and execution of relationship management and investment advisory strategies.
- Drive and deliver a radical improvement in customer service in the local market through dynamic service leadership and the implementation of customer service strategy.
- Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and interact with new customers to detail and explain all features and functions of products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking and wealth management products and services.
