Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Wealth Management Specialist to join our team at DBS Bank. As a key member of our Consumer Banking Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and meet customer needs through the sale and cross-selling of DBS Bank's CBG products and services.
  2. Manage and maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
  3. Ensure proper implementation and execution of relationship management and investment advisory strategies.
  4. Drive and deliver a radical improvement in customer service in the local market through dynamic service leadership and the implementation of customer service strategy.
  5. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and interact with new customers to detail and explain all features and functions of products.
