Lead IPO Mandates from Concept to Listing

Drive the successful execution of initial public offerings (IPOs) across all phases, from origination to listing.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve a seamless IPO process.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of essential documents, including due diligence reports, offer documents, and regulatory filings.
  • Stay informed about relevant IPO regulations and updates to ensure compliance and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage interactions with regulators, addressing queries and resolving observations with precision and professionalism.
  • Serve as a key liaison for clients throughout the IPO journey.
  • Nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Contribute to investor outreach efforts, facilitating strategic planning for roadshows, analyst meets, and marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitate effective messaging between research, sales, and client-facing teams to engage institutional and retail investors.
