Quality Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a senior-level Quality Engineering leader to spearhead our quality assurance efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement comprehensive quality engineering strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
  • - Lead large cross-functional teams (75+ members) and manage their day-to-day activities.
  • - Collaborate with global teams to drive transformation at scale.
  • - Stay up-to-date with modern QE frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 18+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering/test automation.
  • Proven leadership in the fintech/banking domain.
  • Strong exposure to Agile/DevOps testing environments and tooling.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of modern QE frameworks.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be comfortable reporting to a global leader based outside India.
  • Have experience working in a Banking environment.
