Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure seamless functionality across our integrated systems. The ideal candidate will design test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity.

This role requires strong expertise in testing tools like Postman/Swagger, Selenium/Playwright, Playwright/Rest Assured, and Jira/Xray. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is a plus.

The QA Specialist will work closely with the development team, business analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Test Planning & Execution: Develop end-to-end test plans for key workflows, including order-to-cash, inventory, and financial processes, as well as lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases.
  2. Integration Testing: Verify real-time data syncs between systems, debug API failures, and audit error logs to escalate to developers.
  3. Defect Management: Log defects in Jira/Monday.com, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity, track resolution SLAs, and retest fixes.
  4. Automation & Tools: Build Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing, leverage NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations, and use Celigo's built-in debugger to validate integration of jobs.

This role requires a proactive mindset, analytical skills, and excellent collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to flag risks before production deploys and maintain high-quality documentation. Performance metrics include:

  1. Defect Escape Rate (85% of critical workflows).
  2. Regression Test Runtime (optimized via automation).
