We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to lead and mentor our QA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining quality standards, designing test automation strategies, establishing and maintaining QA processes, collaborating with product and development teams, driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies, and managing test environments.

  • Lead the QA team in developing and implementing effective testing strategies
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance into all stages of development
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools, such as Playwright and Selenium
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and backend systems
  • Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter and K6
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
