Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Growth/Operations Intern to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and workflow automation.

In this role, you will work closely with our operations team to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and other tools.

You will apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality across growth tasks.

Your responsibilities will include designing, documenting, and optimizing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, proposing SOPs, and implementing scalable systems.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, align team tasks to clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented SOPs and checklists.

You will also standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.

Maintaining operational hygiene is crucial, including organizing documentation, enforcing quality controls, and upholding compliance across workflows.

Requirements
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable institution
  • Knowledge of film/video production and AI tools is a plus
