Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who is analytically sharp and creatively driven. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms to drive performance improvements.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics: Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders to inform future strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.
