Senior Insurance Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Operations Leader to oversee the delivery of large-scale insurance operations across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of operational leadership, client engagement, and transformation delivery across global markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading delivery teams, managing budgets, and driving operational strategy to ensure performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead delivery teams across multiple insurance accounts, managing a span of 2000–3000+ FTEs.
  • Drive operational strategy to ensure performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and deliver on growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong CXO-level client relationships, primarily in the North American market.
  • Lead digital and tech-enabled transformation initiatives across portfolios.
  • Manage global transitions and implement governance models aligned with business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 15+ years in Insurance (P&C preferred), BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  • Global Exposure: Experience with US/NA clients; understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ FTEs).
  • Transformation: Hands-on with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong P&L management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with large global service providers or captives in Insurance/BFSI.
  • Exposure to complex organizational structures and global delivery environments.
