Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our organization and contribute to the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and development, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles in sales, marketing, customer service, and corporate functions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Onboarding & Induction:

  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs tailored to different functions and teams.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees and provide necessary support and resources.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in implementing performance management systems based on Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.

Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and employee feedback.
  • Develop and implement training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employment and HR practices.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and culture.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding employee contributions and achievements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience in real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries.
