Job Summary:

A highly skilled Human Resources Manager is required to oversee and enhance all aspects of the HR function independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries. A strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance is essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Gurgaon or willing to relocate. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as an individual contributor with full ownership of HR responsibilities.
