This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Sutra in Siliguri. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering speech therapy sessions, addressing dysphagia, and treating communication and language disorders to improve patients' quality of life through effective therapy sessions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy sessions to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Assess and address dysphagia, communication, and language disorders using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reports to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience in treating Communication and Language Disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dysphagia treatment expertise.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
