They should also have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Inside Sales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position, and a strong knowledge of the technology distribution sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Track, monitor, and report on team performance, addressing challenges and ensuring success.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the team, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Oversee BOQ submission and ensure accuracy in sales documentation.
  • Train and upskill team members, fostering continuous development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in Inside Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive a team towards achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Inside Sales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology distribution sector is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a high-performing sales team.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 10,00,000 - ₹ 15,00,000 per annum.
