We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead operational excellence in our cities. As an SCM, you will be responsible for:

  • Selecting and training new partners to improve quality and service excellence
  • Improving current partners' quality through training and feedback
  • Leading key growth tracks for the category over time, including projects focused on innovation and offerings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift execution

You will have a direct influence on how the business shapes up and will be expected to take charge of your set of cities. We are looking for folks who have a high ownership mindset and love operational excellence.

What We Need

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in ops-related or consulting roles
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead
  • Someone who understands great things get built by both smarts AND hard work
