Lead Support Specialist

Are you a seasoned professional looking to take your skills to the next level? We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Support Specialist to oversee day-to-day application support operations and lead the support team in ensuring system reliability, efficiency, and SLA compliance.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. As a Lead Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring application health and performance, performing log analysis and troubleshooting for production issues, and utilizing Jira for issue tracking, prioritization and workflow management. You will also oversee triaging of incidents and manage escalations in collaboration with the DevOps and development teams, and ensure strict SLA compliance and drive continuous improvement to meet or exceed support KPIs.

We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in code analysis with strong debugging skills, has hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end support, including L2 and L3 activities, and has ~6-8 years of hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end support. You should also have ~5+ years in application or production support and 2+ years in a lead role, as well as very good hands-on experience in Python, PostgreSQL, SQL etc., and knowledge of Ne04j (Graph Database) is desirable.

The ideal candidate should also be able to utilize Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and have knowledge of ETL and data integration tools, including Apache Airflow, Informatica or Talend would be beneficial. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of methodologies like Agile/Scrum, and be familiar with employee benefits such as Medical Insurance, Gratuity, Paid Time Off, Employee referral bonus program.
