  • Understanding TPM planning models is crucial in this role. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining these models to ensure seamless execution.

Effective communication and collaboration are essential skills for this position. The Deputy Manager will need to work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive results and achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain TPM planning models
  • Ensure timely entry of aligned events into applicable systems
  • Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions
  • Deliver accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Work across multiple functions to collect insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
  • Aid in improving delivery of work
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting, and optimal use of technology
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or marketing; Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance/sales for L04, 4-7 years for L05
  • Prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies required
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and translate delivery performance, identify opportunities & risks, and adjust forecasts
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Support systems literacy, including computer skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERT, Business Objects, SAP/ERP, and willingness to learn additional software systems
