US Engineering Recruitment Lead Position

This is a highly sought-after role for an accomplished recruitment expert with extensive experience in US engineering hiring. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team of recruiters and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Oversee daily and weekly performance metrics for the recruitment team to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries to deliver quality candidates and meet their hiring needs.
  • Provide regular training, mentoring, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and overall performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and industry trends to ensure the team remains competitive.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in US engineering recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Deep understanding of US employment types, visa classifications, and tax regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM tools, job boards, and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and mentor high-performing teams.
