System Test Engineer Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled system test engineer to develop and test complex system configurations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building robust system architectures using various networking devices and servers, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Architecture Development: Design and build system architectures using various networking devices and servers.
  • QA Validation: Perform QA validation of system configurations, including end-to-end validation of client to cloud architecture.
  • Critical Issue Escalation: Timely escalate critical issues and work closely with the engineering team to resolve them.
  • Documentation: Create technical documentation for CS and QA teams in Confluence, and train Level 1/2 engineers on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Lead Engineer with 8+ years of experience
  • BE/ME/MS in EE, CS or related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of routing and switching concepts (including VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Trunk/Native)
  • Hands-on experience in QA validation of Enterprise grade Wireless Access Points
  • Brief understanding of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax protocol standards
  • Passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CWNA/CWSP/CWAP Certified
  • Scripting in Python
  • Hands-on experience on ISE/ClearPass
  • Brief knowledge of L2TPv3/IPsec
