Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our recruitment team. This role requires strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Preferred: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
