**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Collections Specialist to support our billing and accounts receivable functions. This role involves preparing accurate invoices, following up on payments, matching receipts to invoices, and maintaining records for audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly invoices for subscriptions and usage, including voice minutes, WhatsApp, Google Rich Communication Services, and telephony.
  • Verify prices, discounts, and taxes before sending invoices.
  • Issue corrected invoices or credit notes after approvals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, preferably finance.
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
