We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Excelohunt Infotech. With 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce and Cold email marketing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing engagement, nurturing leads, extracting contacts, and driving overall success of our marketing initiatives.

About the Role

As an Email Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Preparation: Collaborate with sales teams, gather requirements for email campaigns, understand brand analysis, conduct market research for strategic planning, develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, set up tools, manage email/domain setups, verify contact information, and ensure integration of email marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Planning: Strategize and plan email campaigns based on target audience and marketing goals, segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted content, analyze data and insights to optimize future email campaigns.
  • Working on Projects: Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns from creation to deployment, monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide insights for continuous improvement, collaborate with design teams, integrate feedback, and optimize E-commerce flows.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a collaborative team, delegate tasks based on team members' strengths, provide guidance and support for professional development, foster a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements

To succeed as an Email Marketing Specialist, you will need:

  • Graduation/Diploma is a must.
  • 2-5 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of E-commerce and Cold email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing for optimization.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp/Klaviyo/instantly etc.
  • Proficiency in real-time analytics, post-campaign analysis, and generating detailed reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, engage in advanced planning, and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Expertise in Email copywriting.
  • Leadership skills for leading and managing a collaborative team.
  • A positive and supportive approach to foster a productive team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
