We are seeking a skilled IT professional to implement, customize and maintain Zoho applications to meet business requirements.

Job Description

This is a full-time role that involves implementing workflows, automations and dashboards for various departments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training internal teams on the effective usage of Zoho tools and ensuring seamless integration of Zoho apps with existing software systems.

  • Implement and configure Zoho applications to meet business needs.
  • Train internal teams on Zoho tool usage.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure Zoho app integration with existing software systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and security concepts, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and project management abilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing software solutions like Zoho and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
