Job Title: Planning and Supply Chain Expert

We are seeking a skilled Planning and Supply Chain Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Oracle Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of effective supply chain strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Troubleshoot data collection issues from Oracle Fusion and other internal/external systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage Supply Planning processes, including MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning, to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Drive resolution of planning issues, including plan behavior, supply/demand gaps, and data reconciliation, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Execute and validate quarterly patch testing activities to ensure system stability and integrity.
  • Monitor and coordinate end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Handle and triage incident tickets, prioritize support tasks, and ensure SLA compliance to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate integration via REST APIs and BIP.
  • Maintain documentation on planning process failures, test outcomes, and known issues to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Identify business-impacting problems with planning data models and integrations to proactively address potential issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demand & Supply Planning and Global Order Promising.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of MRP, planning strategies, and E2E IBP cycles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, planning methodologies, and business rules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Oracle Fusion, REST API integration, and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid troubleshooting skills with data models, forecasting issues, and planning metrics.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead/support quarterly patch cycles including validations and UATs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical Background: Technical background with Oracle data models, Fusion SCM modules.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalable problem resolution.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience with CTO forecasting and Order Promising in complex manufacturing setups.
  • Certification: Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM (Preferred but not mandatory).
