Job Description

The role of a Supply Chain Planning Expert involves providing insightful recommendations to clients based on their business needs and challenges. This is achieved through meetings with clients, where our expert gathers information on the client's requirements and goals. The data collected during these meetings serves as the foundation for performing quantitative and observational data analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Perform quantitative and observational data analyses to provide actionable insights.
  • Present recommendations to clients, ensuring that they are informed and empowered to make strategic decisions.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning software or equivalent systems.
  2. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, including demand/supply planning and inventory optimization.
  4. Experience in creating BRDs, test planning, and UAT leadership.
  5. Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and advanced Excel skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Technical Skills
  • Supply Chain Planning Expertise
  • Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages for data manipulation and custom workflows.
  • Integration expertise with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining data models in Kinaxis to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows.
  • Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis.
