Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

 

As a senior operations manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve optimal utilization of resources. This includes ensuring team member productivity, training, and managerial tasks to deliver on time and meet client expectations.

 

  • Manage daily workflow to ensure maximum capacity to the project pool.
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team.
  • Effective operations management by overcoming daily hurdles such as absenteeism, erratic workflow, ad-hoc requests, etc.
  • Constant communication with US offices through calls and emails.
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit timely to the desired recipients.
  • Perform random quality checks on volumes processed by team members.
  • Conduct daily meetings with team and provide timely process updates to maintain quality.
  • Anticipate client needs and prepare reports.
  • Review QC feedbacks and devise ways to improve quality of the team.
  • Do spot checks to uphold quality standards.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate or master's degree in any stream is mandatory.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Good networking skills across the organization to get things done.
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training.
  • Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO.
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure.
  • Very strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet.
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances.
  • Knowledge of financial services and class action and mass tort is desirable.
  • Ability to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers.

 

Career Progression:

 

If performing well in the current role, may grow to Assistant Manager or Operations Manager.
