ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of end-to-end best-in-class onboarding for our Wealth and Retail Banking clients You will Engage clients throughout process ensuring seamless delivery and client experience Own and drive execution of processes working closely with stakeholders to deliver excellent client service getting clients to the point of ready-to-transact as quickly as possible across both simple and complex cases Ensure onboarding adheres to anti money-laundering client due diligence and Know your Customer KYC regulations and internal policies Stay up-to-date with anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer KYC regulations and financial crime trends Skills and Experience Skills Experience You ll be risk and anti-money laundering certified You ll have detailed knowledge of client due diligence and Know Your Client regulations Knowledge of financial crime compliance regulations Strong written English and presentation skills and the ability to build relationships and rapport with clients Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse data Able to prioritise your time well with project management abilities and problem-solving aptitude
