We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecalling Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telesales or telecalling, be target-driven, and possess strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the team to achieve monthly targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance.
Take ownership of escalations and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor and drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
Provide regular feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Report team performance metrics and progress to management.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in telesales or a similar industry is mandatory
Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in more than one of these languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi) will be a plus.
