Company Description

Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) is a not-for-profit organization established under the directions of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). LSC aims to bridge skill gaps in the logistics sector by collaborating with industry players, government bodies, training providers, and academic institutions. The organization develops and implements training programs to ensure a skilled workforce in the logistics sector. LSC is an approved awarding body of NCVET and offers flagship e-learning portals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Chennai. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about the company's offerings, and resolve customer inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, following up with potential leads, and achieving daily and monthly targets. The Telecaller will also support the sales team by scheduling appointments and collecting feedback from customers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Prior experience in the logistics sector is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Candidate must have working knowledge of English and Hindi.
