About This Role

The ideal candidate will oversee service delivery for clients, ensuring smooth facilities operations. This involves managing technical and soft services, security, transportation, cafeteria management, statutory compliance, vendor relations, procurement, finance, events, parking management, and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Accountable for regional performance, budget planning, cost control, and delivering value.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in facilities management teams who lead client engagements.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities management services.
  • Maintain infrastructure and assets, ensuring facilities are safe and functional.
  • Implement and manage workspace vision, standards, and policies.
  • Deliver on environmental, diversity, and inclusion commitments, as well as sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to prepare annual budgets, manage monthly expenses, and provide forecasts.
