We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Business Partner to join our team.

As a trusted advisor for key customers and strategic service partners, you will play a critical role in helping them maximize the use of our school management software and ensure direct and mutual customers receive the highest value.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of understanding customer requirements, implementing and onboarding new customers, managing product training, driving adoption and retention, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

  • Manage all products/solutions across customers' portfolios
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to identify and guide them to their goals
  • Oversee customer onboarding processes and achieve value quickly
  • Drive client adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy
  • Strategically manage day-to-day relationships and communication with customers to ensure success, growth, and identifying unique opportunities
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers and coordinate deployment of resources to address issues, including managing escalations
  • Conduct regular on and off-site meetings to understand and discuss customers' business requirements or issues and explore how to help address and resolve these issues

This role requires a deep understanding of our product and helping customers adopt the most relevant features/functionality for their specific requirements.

You will be expected to keep developing your product knowledge and improving existing approaches to customer success by creating resources to help customers achieve their goals by adopting best practices.
