As a Payment Lifecycle Associate, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company's strength and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end feed onboarding process, including gathering requirements and UAT testing.
  • Ensure feeds meet necessary standards of accuracy and completeness, and monitor performance post-integration.
  • Perform data analysis and reconciliations to identify quality issues and their impact on CAM.
  • Investigate root causes and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Manage data issues across CAM by collaborating with service leads, functional leads, and Ops to document issues, root causes, and communicate remediation plans.
  • Participate in UAT testing, review test scripts, and create business requirement documentation.
  • Generate and present data quality reports, tracking key metrics and providing insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building relationships with technology teams to explain requirements, user stories, and functionality.
  • Understanding of financial products is required to work closely with external feed providers.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to extract valuable insights.
  • Exemplifies high standards of integrity, respects individuals at every level, and can adapt style.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required for data analysis.
  • Works independently and manages requests from multiple groups, defines business requirement specifications, and takes ownership of ensuring requirements are supported.
  • Ability to think strategically and have strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to take strategic direction and independently develop/manage project plans.
