Data Quality Expert We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to join our Customer Success & Data Quality team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of product data for our merchants across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize merchant data feeds for shopping comparison sites, affiliate marketing, search marketing, marketplaces, dynamic display advertising, and social media.
  • Support merchant onboarding and ensure smooth setup after contracts are signed.
  • Continuously optimize data to maximize merchant success.
  • Analyze match rates, bounce rates, and conversion data; collaborate with the Account Management team to improve results.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team and external marketing partners.
  • Support pitch processes by analyzing client product data and websites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce websites and SEO/product data terminology.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with learning and using software platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Determination to deliver exceptional product data.
