We are seeking an experienced Academic Counselling Manager to join our team. This is a highly demanding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and will be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes and will work closely with the admissions team to achieve targets.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and external agencies to promote our institution and attract prospective students.
  • Deliver information sessions to parents of prospective students at various events and platforms.
  • Implement local level marketing campaigns to promote our institution and attract new students.
  • Manage on-campus activities such as campus visits and workshops.
  • Analyze data and reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of counsellors to achieve targets and deliver high-quality service.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

We are looking for a candidate who is self-driven, mature, and able to work independently. You should have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, and good written and verbal communication skills.
