Academic Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Academic Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and be able to provide guidance to students on their academic journey.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and lead generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets. Generate leads through various channels, including online research and networking.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Sales and revenue growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
  • Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
  • Student counseling: Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
  • Enrollment assistance: Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection and registration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in education or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of market trends and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
