**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic guidance to students, helping them choose courses aligned with their interests and career aspirations.
- Offer personalized counseling to support student success, motivation, and well-being.
- Assist students in setting educational goals and developing strategies for academic achievement.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and school administrators to address students’ academic needs.
- Conduct virtual one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and group discussions on academic planning.
- Support students in overcoming academic challenges and developing effective study habits.
- Stay updated on global educational trends, career opportunities, and university admissions processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to engage with students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,945.25 - ₹32,000.00 per month
