We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to drive our accounting function forward. As an Accounts Head, you will oversee the complete financial process of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

About the Role:

The Accounts Head will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, etc.

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, income tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Lead relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts & finance team.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounts and finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
