Transformational Payments Leader

We are seeking an experienced Payment Professional to lead our payment initiatives. With a minimum of 20 years of experience in banking and technology, including at least 10 years in the payments domain, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and implementing platforms.

Experience Profile
  • Business Development and Executive Experience:
    • Proven success in building client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
    • Leadership roles with industry presence, leveraging existing relationships to acquire new business.
  • Domain Experience:
  1. Technical understanding of payment architectures, core payment processing solutions, and underlying payment business processes.
  2. Hands-on experience in configuring business rules, setting up profiles, and other static data setup based on business requirements.
  3. Understanding of underlying payment flows and business processes.
  4. Knowledge of surround system integration and diverse protocols such as RESTful APIs, File-based, JMS, MQ.
  5. Platform implementation lifecycle experience, including gap analysis, interface study, data migration, and support for SIT, UAT, penetration testing.
  6. Exposure to payment messaging formats and knowledge of real-time, batch payments.
  7. Defect triaging skills to identify root causes of issues.
  8. Appreciation of micro-services-based payment transaction flows.
