Our goal is to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers, including small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies, and consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in promoting or selling company products or services through phone, web, fax, or mail communication
- Provide basic customer support and refer complex problems to other staff members
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services offered
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes as required
- Provide pricing and availability information to customers
- Request and coordinate discounted prices on large orders
- Maintain required call quality levels
- Input all sales orders resulting from customer negotiations
- Sell additional products through suggestive selling techniques
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of sales or call center experience is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated high level of dependability
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Explorer, and Outlook
- Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks, and work under time constraints
