Email Marketing Campaign Coordinator Job Description:

The Email Marketing Campaign Coordinator position is part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. The incumbent should have a strong passion for email marketing strategies.

As a valued member of an experienced email marketing team, the ideal candidate will be expected to build and launch email campaigns, manage existing campaigns, data selection, campaign rollout, and results tabulation of marketing strategies across email channels.

  • Manage email campaigns using platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Develop insights from complex and diverse data sets and coherently communicate those insights internally and to clients.
  • Use SQL queries to define and create target audiences for different campaigns.
  • Optimize email campaigns across platforms and collaborate with the wider team to ensure optimal allocation across channels.
  • Compile performance reports, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Unity CDP (Customer Data Platform) implementation for more than 2 customers.
  • Hands-on experience in development of business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ and familiarity with dashboard reporting and insights.
  • Hands-on experience in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns using Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Experience writing complex queries, using advanced PL/SQL concepts and performance tuning.
  • High proficiency with Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and data analysis.
