Role Overview

Campaign Manager:

We seek a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and deploy complex campaign workflows across various channels, including Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail, and In-App.
  • Targeted Engagement: Design personalized messages and tailor audiences for effective engagement and conversion.
  • Audience Building & Management: Utilize Adobe Campaign's data model and query capabilities to create customer segments and manage suppression, seed lists, and compliance with opt-in/opt-out rules.
  • Template Personalization: Configure dynamic content and message templates for responsive email communications.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics (delivery, open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–7 years in Adobe Campaign Classic/v8 campaign management and execution.
  • Technical Skills: Strong SQL and JavaScript knowledge for segmentation and audience building.
  • Campaign Knowledge: Proficiency in campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Adobe Experience Cloud Products: Familiarity with AEP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript: Basic knowledge for email template troubleshooting.
