Global Subchapter Lead Role

This role is a key leadership position located onsite within our organization's Innovation Capability Centre in Bangalore, reporting to the Global Chapter Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILDING ERP SAP TEAM: Builds and manages an ERP SAP team, identifying necessary roles, supporting job descriptions definitions, and hiring process.
  • ENSURING HIGH WORKING MORALE AND EFFICIENT WORK OF TEAM: Ensures high working morale and efficient work of the team with low fluctuation.
  • ENSURING COOPERATION OF ERP TEAM WITH OTHER TEAMS: Ensures cooperation of ERP team with other teams within and outside of the ERP chapter.
Accountabilities:Resource Allocation and Staffing
  • COLLABORATE WITH GLOBAL CHAPTER LEAD: Collaborates with the Global Chapter lead and Global Subchapter Leads and Workstream leads to staff Subchapter members.
  • MANAGE RESOURCE CONSTRAINTS: Manages resource constraints for Subchapter members across internal teams and procures flexible resources when needed.
Subchapter Development
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH GLOBAL CHAPTER LEAD: Works closely with the Global chapter lead and other ERP Global Subchapter Leads and Stream leads to provide vision and lead Subchapter capabilities build-out.
  • DEFINE SUBCHAPTER CAPABILITIES: Clearly defines different Subchapter capabilities with a harmonized set of roles and skills.
Talent Development
  • WORK WITH HR: Works with HR to define roles, recruit top talent, conduct candidate interviews, and onboard new chapter members.
  • TRACK PROGRESS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL: Tracks progress of each individual toward completion of training curriculum.
Performance Evaluations
  • OVERSEE COLLECTION OF FEEDBACK: Oversees collection of formative and evaluative feedback for each Subchapter member from their network of professional connections.
  • DELIVER PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS: Oversees delivery of performance evaluations for Subchapter members, factoring in individual contributions and collective team performance.
