Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Solutions Manager to join our team. As an ERP Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of software developers working on ERP applications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams and projects, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and software development methodologies. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

  1. Team Management Support: Assist in managing a team responsible for developing ERP software applications.
  2. Project & Resource Management: Support project execution and resource allocation for ERP application initiatives.
  3. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives related to ERP applications.
  4. Software Solution Delivery: Contribute to the timely delivery of ERP software solutions.
  5. Technical Assistance & Quality: Provide technical assistance to team members, participate in code reviews, and maintain coding standards.
  6. Communication & Coordination: Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth project flow.
  7. Problem Solving: Help identify and resolve project challenges encountered during ERP application development and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies relevant to ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Technical knowledge in package applications (ERP).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to assist in managing a team and supporting project execution.
  • Skills in resource allocation and collaborating on departmental objectives.
  • Capability to contribute to timely software solution delivery.
  • A proactive mindset in identifying and resolving project challenges.
