Dialer Performance Specialist

Our dynamic contact center is seeking an experienced Dialer Performance Specialist to oversee dialing campaigns and ensure optimal results. This individual will be responsible for real-time monitoring of inbound/outbound dialing campaigns, importing and managing dialer lists, adjusting dialing pace, and managing agent profiles.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and adjust dialing campaigns in real-time to maximize performance.
- Import and manage dialer lists to optimize campaign efficiency.
- Adjust dialing pace to balance business goals and agent productivity.
- Manage agent profiles, assignments, and contact list criteria.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a voice contact center with a focus on collections.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
