Dynatrace Integration Specialist

This is a specialist role where you will work closely with application and platform teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynatrace.

You will be responsible for setting up and configuring Dynatrace, as well as implementing synthetic monitoring and alarm management. Additionally, you will need to have experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.

A strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement is essential in this role. You should also have experience in operational application management and troubleshooting user issues.

Furthermore, you will be required to identify recurring issues and ensure long-term fixes, as well as set up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.

  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.
