We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Application Manager with 8-10 years of experience in managing corporate applications across various functions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and support for IFRS programs, along with strong exposure to regulatory interactions.

This role demands excellent vendor management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).
  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
  • Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native application
  • Experience towards Cloud Platform – AZURE & AWS
  • Know how of AI & Agentic AI application use cases
  • Evaluation and development of new applications

Regulatory Support:

  • Liaise with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.

Project Management:

  • Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.
  • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.

Incident Management:

  • Lead resolution of application-related incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Track and optimize application budgets and licensing costs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Documentation:

  • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on application health, risks, and roadmap.

Adherence to Compliance:

  • Mitigating VA / PT observation from Info-Security Team
  • Ability to face internal & external audit

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
