Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate UI/UX Designer to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in driving the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Evaluate and implement design accessibility standards to support inclusive user experiences.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Familiarity with front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
