Key Responsibilities

  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap for AI applications.
  • We analyze customer needs and opportunities for new AI solutions through market research.
  • We define product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer feedback and business goals.
  • We prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product milestones with engineering teams.
  • We translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features and business value propositions.
  • We monitor product performance and gather data-driven insights to optimize adoption and engagement.
  • We develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and customer training for AI applications.
  • We communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing technology products, with exposure to AI/ML applications being highly desirable.
  • Fundamental understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  • Strong ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product ideas and updates.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in launching or managing AI/ML products.
  • Exposure to cloud-based AI solutions and MLOps workflows.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles for AI-driven products.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers or managing B2B products.
