Job Title: Senior Product Manager, AI Innovation

 

As a key member of our product leadership team, you will lead the development of two strategic product areas: AI Insights and GenAI Platform. These innovative solutions leverage advanced analytics tools and generative AI prompts to drive exceptional customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Delivery: Define and prioritize AI-powered features, ensuring seamless integration with our existing product offerings.
  • Market Analysis and User Needs: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards differentiation and leadership.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers, leveraging their feedback to refine products and influence positive outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms; experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains).
