AI Innovation Lead

We seek a seasoned professional with a strong legal background to spearhead AI innovation across our organization.

  • Design and implement AI-powered legal solutions to support contract drafting, compliance reviews, and due diligence.
  • Develop and refine automated processes for legal and financial functions.

  • Collaborate with lawyers, CAs, and compliance experts to identify use cases and create tailored solutions.
  • Train and enable internal teams to effectively utilize AI tools in their daily work.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI trends in the legal-tech and fintech landscape and drive practical innovations within the organization.
Requirements:

Familiarity with AI development frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques.

Strong understanding of legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Experience with automation tools, process optimization, and workflow design.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to train and enable internal teams.
