Job Title:

Lead AI Engineer (Generative Models)

Job Description

As a senior engineer, you will design and develop cutting-edge AI models that drive innovation and business growth.

  • Designing and developing AI models, including creating architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI.
  • Implementing AI models, involving building and integrating AI models into existing systems and applications.
  • Working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies, including tools like LangChain and Haystack.
  • Data preprocessing and analysis, preparing data for use in AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
  • Testing and deploying AI models, evaluating model performance and deploying them to production environments.
  • Monitoring and optimizing AI models, tracking model performance, identifying issues, and optimizing models for better results.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, preferably using AI development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, understanding principles behind these technologies and how to use them effectively.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases, understanding how to build and use retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
